Sunnybank is a self catering holiday home, traditionally brick built and recently fully refurbished detached house at the top of Alfred Road, Cromer. Its location makes it perfect for any length of break or holiday.

Finding the accommodation in Cromer by your own transport, bus, train or coach it is very easy and it is only a short walk from the train and coach stations and it has own block paved drive with off street parking for two cars.

Arriving at Sunnybank the view of the sea from the top of Alfred Road is almost surreal and although you can’t see the beach it is only a few minutes walk away making even the shortest break a true seaside holiday.

Once through the entrance lobby another Sunnybank surprise welcomes you – a stunning view of Cromer’s church tower the tallest in Norfolk which is set beautifully against the back drop of the sea.

The ground floor accommodation of this self catering holiday home consists of a loungediner with an open fire place, wall mounted TV screen with DVD, a three piece suite and two coffee tables with lamps. The room is bright with dual aspect windows flooding the room with light.

The walls have pictures of Cromer painted by local artist Brian Lewis.

There is a Bose i-pod docking station so that you can enjoy your own music.

The dining table is suitable for 4 adults and four matching chairs are provided to make your self catering holiday as comfortable as possible.

The fully equipped kitchen is at the rear of the house and offers views over the garden to the church, the town and the sea. The room has dual aspect windows which add to the light airy feel of the self catering accommodation. Cooking is by electric with a separate four ring hob and double oven, a larder fridge and dishwasher are also built into the units. Ample floor and wall units are provided along with a large work surface and a ceramic sink and a half complete the fittings.

Cutlery, crockery, saucepans along with electric kettle, toaster, microwave are all supplied.

There is a downstairs cloakroom which is fitted with a close coupled toilet and large wash hand basin built into a vanity unit.

The hall has a large mirror and credenza with various games and booklets relating to Cromer’s history.

The carpeted stairs lead to the landing, off which are the two bedrooms. Both are equipped with double beds in a shaker style, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a soft seat. On either side of the beds bedside cabinets have bedside lights. Both rooms are dual aspect affording each room with ample daylight

The bathroom has a full size bath and a fully enclosed glass fronted power shower offering the best of both worlds. The wash hand basin and close coupled toilet complete the bathroom which is fully tiled and comes with under floor heating for those who enjoy warm feet!

The house is fully carpeted with the exception of the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs cloak room which are tiled.

To aid our comfort and make your holiday enjoyable what ever the weather gas central heating is provided by a boiler in the garage and all rooms have at least one radiator which are controlled by a thermostat in the hall and individual thermostatic valves to the radiators.

To the side of the house there is a garage which has a rear door to the garden and houses the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rear garden is fully landscaped and a true sun trap, it has terraced decking, raised flower beds and two pergolas which offer a degree of shade if required and is accompanied by teak garden furniture a large table and chairs.

The rear garden is fully enclosed with a side access gate and has a variety of established shrubs.
