Stone Cottage is set in a quiet village location in the village of Sharrington, 3 miles from the Georgian town of Holt and a short distance from the coast at Morston, Cley and Blakeney. Wells, Holkham and Sheringham are also within easy reach. The area is a mecca for birdwatchers and walkers with the award winning Visitors Centre at Cley Marshes and Pensthorpe, the home of BBC Springwatch nearby. Several good pubs and eateries and an award winning farm shop and cafe are nearby.
The cottage has recently been upgraded and has electric central heating and a woodburning stove. The accommodation comprises secure entrance porch with storage for boots and coats, passageway to sitting room with open fireplace with double fronted woodburning stove, flat screen TV, DV/DCD player, comfortable seating; separate dining area with table and seating for 4; kitchen with range of units, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Separate walk in larder with washing machine. Passageway leading to spacious double bedroom with ample storage, en suite, modern, shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs spacious landing leading to twin bedded room, with storage.
