ACCOMMODATION
Downstairs:
A large kitchen diner with seating for up to 12. It is well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and range style double oven. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine and dryer. The sitting room is bright and well furnished with a TV, DVD and Video, open fire and with access to the garden. There is a good sized twin bedroom on this floor as well as a separate W.C.
Upstairs:
Here there is a very large master bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and an ensuite bathroom that has a separate shower. There are 2 additional twin rooms and a family bathroom, also with a separate shower.
Outside:
The garden is partly paved and partly grass, with some flower beds. It is big enough for children to kick a ball, play swingball or cricket. There is a table and 8 chairs outside with parasol, together with a BBQ. The garden is enclosed by two 5 bar gates and is away from the main road. The garden has been designed to be safe for children. Parking for 23 cars off road.
