Inside the property

Welcome to Wood Dalling, one of North Norfolk’s best–kept secrets. The village is quite scattered and, they say, is ‘lovely – if you can find it.’
Your only daily visitors are likely to be the pheasant and partridge who mooch about the place, the skylarks who sing regularly on either side of the property and the wagtails darting about the yard.

The cottage has an open-plan reception room with kitchen and dining area. Comfortable seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and integral DVD player, radio/CD player, CDs and DVDs available, books and games.

The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.

There is a double bedroom and a twin. The bathroom has an over-bath mixer shower, washbasin and w.c. The cottage has electric panel heaters.

This is a no-smoking property.

Outside and garden

There is a private patio area with table and chairs and shared use, with owners, of large courtyard. There is parking within the courtyard for two cars.

Surrounding area

Beyond the immediate area, of course, lies all that Norfolk has to offer. Eateries are generally of a high standard. There are National Trust properties (the nearest at Blickling), excellent walking, the opportunity to cycle, birdwatch or fish. Within two miles is the picturesque village of Heydon, with its Hall and parkland. Also a popular tearooms and the renowned Earle Arms pub and restaurant. The historic market town of Reepham is three miles distant and offers a range of amenties, based around the market square, in a most attractive setting. Or just relax and do…nothing. This is your time, after all. All this is within easy reach of the historic city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and of course the wild and beautiful North Norfolk coast.
