This pretty flint and brick cottage overlooking the beautiful C14 village church, dates fom 1790. French windows from the conservatory open onto a sunny and carefully tended walled garden with a lawn and paved area for barbecue and a picturesque covered well entwined with pink and yellow climbing roses.The location is secluded and peaceful, yet within easy reach of the local pubs, delicatessen, art galley, pottery, smokery, windmill and beach with its exceptional birdwatching, wonderful walks and swimming. Accommodation: • Spacious light sitting room with oak beams and an open fire. • Large,light well equipped kitchen/dining room. • Three bedrooms: One with double bed,upstairs and two with twin beds, downstairs Two bathrooms and W.C.s : one upstairs with shower attatchment one downstairs with shower. A light furnished conservatory opens out onto the garden. The whole cottage is comfortably and simply furnished and peaceful. Outside:(Private parking for three average size cars) The front,back and conservatory doors open onto a sunny, private,carefully tended walled garden, full of roses and seasonal flowers with a lawn and paving supporting a wooden garden table and chairs and a barbecue.
