Shoal Cottage adjoins the famous Cliff Top Café in Overstrand, which since 1925 has provided quality home cooked food. We are renowned for our full English Breakfasts, home cooked lunches and our homemade cakes and speciality teas. Step back in time with our cosy atmosphere, quality food and the most superb sea views from all windows and patio areas. A truly tranquil and beautiful place to sit, relax and let the world pass you by.
Shoal Cottage offers you a warm welcome with a comfortable, yet upmarket feel... we have tried to incorporate the old with the new....

* Front garden with patio furniture, beautiful views overlooking the sea, just 50 metres away from the slipway which leads down to the lovely sandy beach
* Off-road parking for 2 vehicles

The Accommodation:
The property itself comprises of:

* an entrance porch;
* Dining room, seating 8 people - with stunning sea views;
* Lounge with TV, DVD player. Bay window also looking over the sea with uninteruppted views;
* Ground floor wc;
* Large breakfast kitchen with rear door leading to decked area. Table and chairs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc.

* Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite, comprising large shower unit, wc & hand basin.

1st floor

* Twin bedded room with sea views;
* Bedroom with 4 foot double bed;
* Double bedroom with superb sea views;
* A cot and high chair will be available on request,
* Bathroom with shower over bath.

Brand new for summer 2008

* This is a no smoking property;
* Change over day is Saturdays;
* Vacate by 10.00am.....In by 3.00pm...not before
* Two well behaved pets allowed... £20 pw per pet

Please note:

* Bed linen is supplied as are towels, however beach towels are not supplied. If your stay is for two weeks, then clean linen will be available for you to change your beds yourselves;
* Please note that no cot linen is available. Please bring your own;
* For the duration of your stay in Shoal Cottage there will be 10% off all meals snacks and drinks purchased in the Cliff Top Café.
* All heating and electricity is included in the price.
