Shire Cottage, a sunny, spacious townhouse in the heart of Holt, can easily accommodate a family of four. ACCOMMODATION
· A generous entrance hall allows you to kick off walking boots and drop the shopping.
· The lounge boasts a beautiful south facing bay window, gas-fire, two sumptuous sofas & armchair, tvdvd, mini hi-fi and dining area.
· The kitchen contains all necessities. These include microwave combi oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar. A handy hatch links the kitchen with the dining area.
Upstairs a large master bedroom and twin room provide plenty of space for four people.
· The two bedrooms are light and airy, tastefully decorated with armchair views of the town's most historic buildings. In the twin room, the second bed can be easily stored, creating a more spacious single room if preferred.
· The bathroom is beautifully fitted, with a claw-footed dual-end bath, allowing you to bathe in luxury.

The fantastic location means that you are quite literally a few steps from everything. Food halls, meatmarkets, fishmongers, supermarkets, take-aways, off-licence and one of the few remaining traditional county comer shops will supply every thing for dining in. You could however, step out of the gate and into any number of fine restaurants.
Holt is great for shopping too. Fashion, footwear and eyewear boutiques along with art galleries, florists and antique shops will keep any shopaholic busy.
Whilst in the midst of this bustling Georgian town, Shire cottage is a surprisingly quiet and tranquil place to enjoy your stay.
