A spacious, well-furnished first-floor flat situated in the heart of one of North Norfolk's most beautiful fishing villages. Just a stone's throw front picturesque Blakeney Quay with its superb views, this flat is an ideal base for sailing, bird-watching, golfing or just relaxing! There is private off-street parking for two cars (unusual for Blakeney) and pubs, a supermarket and slipway are all nearby.
Covered exterior steps (not steep) lead to the hallway. The sitting/dining room is comfortably furnished with television and video and an electric fire. The fitted kitchen is bright and airy, with its own breakfast area, and is well-equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, fridge-freezer and microwave.
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom each contain a washbasin. There is a further small single bedroom and a cot is available. Bedlinen is provided, fitted carpets throughout (not kitchen).
The bathroom/wc also contains a shower cubicle.

Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast, just North of the small market town of Holt.

This part of the coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ANOB and the marshes and wide open spaces around Blakeney make it a haven for migratory birds and wildlife.

Blakeney used to be a small port, but is now a quiet village and provides an ideal location for a family holiday. There are two hotels, a number of holiday cottages to rent, and several B&Bs.

The village has a strong identity, and is a thriving and active community. There is a small supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, and chandlers, pubs and a post office as well a range of shops for holidaymakers – please follow the links to access local information.

Blakeney is popular with dinghy sailors, bird watchers and walkers, and you can get a real feel for the area by taking a trip to Blakeney Point to see the seals.
