Seashell Cottage is the owner's holiday home and kept to a very high standard.
A Victorian cottage with modern comforts.
The cottage is immediately adjacent to Wells Harbour. Left of the long sandy beaches and pine woods of Holkham.
East of the coastal path that leads to Stiffkey saltmashes. A stroll away is Staithe Street the home of traditional bakers, fishmonger,general stores and 2 butchers. Restaurants, pubs and cafes are within walking distance. No need to get your car out!

This centrally heated cottage has an open fire place in the sitting room with three comfortable chairs, pine bookshelves with a small selection of books and videos for the T.V. video combo and CD player. In the old pine dresser you will find a lovely china dinner service and plenty of glasses.

The kitchen is fitted with new units. 2007 Plenty of cookware etc., Microwave,Gas cooker and 'fridge and a table to seat four.
Through the door you can access the pretty patio garden with table and chairs for outdoor meals.

Up the stairs from the sitting room is the master bedroom with double bed and decorative original Victorian fireplace.
The second bedroom ia a pretty single bedded room. All bed linen is provided.

The bathroom has an 'over bath shower.'

Seashell cottage is well equipped and maintained and has everything to make your stay a comfortable one. ... Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar are provided to welcome you as are fresh flowers,and a bottle of wine.

Please note the Cottage staircase has very narrow treads and is quite steep.

We close in November for refurbishment.

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Sorry but we do not do short breaks. CHRISTMAS on request.
