The Sea Breeze is a first floor apartment benefitting from views of the quiet, leafy russell terrace from the front. From the rear a lovely view of Old Mundesley,with the blue sea in the distance, above the chimney pots.

The apartment has a split level hallway leading to a large living room with large bay window. It has a wide screen t.v. and dvd player, sofabed, and massage recliner armchair.

Leading off the hallway is also a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, draws, and double bed. Located at the end of the hallway is the bathroom and large fitted kitchendiner consisting of gas cookerhob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dining table and 4 chairs.If required a weekly laundry service is available foc.

The Sea Breeze is a very quiet,airy and bright apartment, hence the name. Within a few seconds walk you are in the hub of old Mundesley with all its character and charm and everything you need, post office, convenience store, kebab shop, cafe, fish and chip shop, burger shop, and chinese restaurant on your doorstep.

Within a 2 minute walk you will be at Mundesley's award winning sandy beaches, the beach huts and a popular location for surfers.You will also find crazy golf, amusements and kiddies funfair.

Within a two minute drive you can visit Mundesley's 9 hole golf course and driving range.

If you want to venture out you will find the Norfolk Broads, Norwich and Great Yarmouth only a half hr drive away and Cromer and Sheringham only a 15 minute drive away.
