Entrance porch with rack for coats leading to main hall. Off the hall is a large lounge, 2 large sofas with multifuel stove TV DVD player. Glass doors lead into the conservatory dinning room with doors on to patio area with BBQ and private lawned garden with summerhouse. The well equipped Kitchenutility room has washing machine and dishwasher can be accessed both from the hall and the dinning room. The downstairs shower room is off the utility room.
Upstairs Double bedroom overlooking garden and windmill, twin bedroom and bunkbedded room, bathroom with overbath power shower. There are plenty of drawers and hanging space in each bedroom.
Storage heaters downstairs, in bathroom and on landing. Travel cot and highchair are available and stairgates have been fitted.

Situated on Gong lane near childrens play area. Close to the Hero a local gastro pub and a short walk to harbour and coastal path which takes you along the edge of marsh which is full of birdlife to Holkham beach. Alternatively you can take the ferry at high tide out to Scolt Head or at low tide along the cockel path and wade through the river.
Sanderling is positioned on a quite lane in the village perfect for a relaxed holiday. Within walking distance is the natural harbour, beaches, sailing and birdwatching. Nearby is Holkham Hall a beautiful stately home with extensive park land. Burnham Market is well equiped for everyday and therapy shopping. The surrounding town of Holt and many local villages also have excellent galleries and intersting shops.
Burnham Overy Staithe lies on the River Burn. and until the end of the Middle Ages trading ships were able to reach the nearby village of Burnham Overy Town. Whenever a ship arrived a gong would be sounded at the top of Gong Lane in Burnham Overy Staithe. This alerted the farm workers to unload the incoming goods.
