Salthouse, famous for it's bird watching, also has a family friendly village pub, church, restaurant and extensive views over the marshland to the sea.

The barn is entered via the garden through french doors into the spacious kitchendiner, with its part vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers. It is fully equipped with farmhouse style furniture, including large dining table, mostly new appliances - Electric Oven and Grill, Gas Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine. Next to the kitchen is the downstairs Ensuite Bedroom with twin beds and extra single and doors to patio and garden.

An open tread pine staircase leads from the kitchen to the part galleried impressive Living Room with two sofas, one being a sofabed, double aspect roof windows and views over village, marshes and sea beyond. There is an open fireplace with log burning stove, flatscreen TV,and DVD player.

A door leads off the living room to the main double aspect Ensuite Double Bedroom with double bed.

In addition, there is a utility room, pretty flagstone patio, small walled garden, and parking space in the driveway.
