The sail Loft is a recently renovated, stunning apartment, within a 16th century town house, located in the heart of Well-next-the-Sea, 2 minutes from the harbour. The owner lives and works overseas, and offers his home for occasional holiday lets, seen in the quality and personal touches of the place.
Split over first and second floors, the spacious apartment is thoroughly modern, but retains its old charm through original beams and views over the chimney pots and rooves of Wells towards the harbour. The ships' masts can be seen from the raised deck which is off the master bedroom, through French doors or via the passage.
Wells itself is a bustling fishing and seaside town, with a beach 1 mile from the harbour. Just about anything you could want can be found in the shops, including a small supermarket at the top of Staithe Stree. There are restaurants and pubs,and wonderful walks in the area.
