Downstairs has sitting room, dinning room, spacious kitchen and cloakroom. Upstairs has double, twin and single rooms, along with a bathroom with bath/power shower. Good selection of dog friendly walks on your doorstep.

Quiet village location with on street parking. Approx 15 mins from the coast. Central heating.

Enclosed rear courtyard with table and chairs, leads through to extensive rear garden (not fully enclosed).

Surrounding area

Sandringham, Houghton, Holkham, all close by. Beautiful sandy beaches a short drive away. Castle Acre and Castle Rising also very accessible. Fakenham Thursday market and Swaffham Saturday market are great places to shop.
