ROSE COTTAGE
Rose cottage is a brick and flint Victorian cottage, situated on the fringe of Holt in a secluded and peaceful setting, within its own grounds and paddocks,and there is ample parking.
The Georgian town of Holt with its abundance of shops, restaurants and cafés is an ideal base from which to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast.

ACCOMMODATION
'The Hen House' features a luxury en-suite wet room shower.King size sleigh bed with a John Lewis bedstead mattress.
'The Piggery' features a luxury en-suite bathroom which has a free standing double-ended bath.King size sleigh bed with a Vi Spring mattress.
Both rooms have comfortable armchairs along with ample tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen digital tv, hairdryer, cdradio and a silent running mini-fridge for the chilling of drinks.


BREAKFAST
A comprehensive and informal Aga cooked breakfast is served in the breakfast room in our cottage across the courtyard between 8.30 and 9.00 am.

Turn off the A148 into Holt High Street, take the turning opposite the King's Head public house New Street signposted to 'Cley-next-the-Sea - this leads into Cley Road. Rose Cottage is approximately 400 yards past the 30mph deristriction signs and farm on your left.
