Ranters Cottage has been transformed from a barn built over 200 years ago into a charming 3 bedroomed, centrally heated, non smoking cottage. It is situated a few minutes walk from the harbour and town centre, along a quite pretty lane bordered by flint cottages.
Ranters features a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine and breakfast area with seating for 6. The dining room leads through to a large sitting room overlooking a pretty garden. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, one with kingsize bed, one with 3’ twins and one with 2’6 bunk beds All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The recently refurbished bathroom features bath with electric power shower over, toilet and wash basin.
Ranters is family friendly, we provide a high chair, stair gate, baby bath and self assembly cot, together with a large selection of toys, books and games for all ages. There is also digital TV, DVD and video players and radio with CD.
Outside in the enclosed garden is a paved patio area with wooden table and benches. An ornamental gravel area is surrounded by flowering shrubs. There is parking for a family car in the garage.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a small bustling holiday town situated behind the harbour on the North Norfolk coast, which has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Wells boasts a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Further afield lies Little Walsingham, a Christian shrine since 1061 and Burnham Thorpe, the birth place of Admiral Lord Nelson. Along the coast, seal colonies can be found at Blakeney Point and bird sanctuaries at several RSPB sites.
