We offer a warm welcome at our new B&B.
We have one tastefully decorated twin room with an en suite shower room which is large enough to accomodate a 'Z'bed if needed.
Breakfast is served in our heated conservatory, a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts & a full English are available, vegetarians also catered for.
The bedroom has facilities for making tea/coffee, a clock radio alarm & a hairdryer.
The conservatory also has a TV/DVD player, card & board games & sofa which are available at any time during your stay.
Outside and garden
We have off road parking for your car.
Use of our garden & deckchairs is available.

We are well placed for the Broads, Norwich, Cromer & Sheringham. If you fancy a change from driving these places and more are served by the local bus service passing by the house.There are some lovely country walks nearby & the sea is only 5 minutes walk away.
