Perfect rural retreat, only 2 miles off the North Norfolk coast, Pumphouse Cottage, which is the annexe of The Manor House Bed & Breakfast, offers a picturesque location on the edge of the village of Trunch.

The single storey accommodation has recently been renovated and finished to a high standard. It is tastefully and practically furnished, featuring wooden flooring throughout, except for tiles in the bathroom and original pamments in the cooking area.

It sleeps 2 people, + 2 on the sofabed.

The Accommodation comprises of -
Entrance porch
Living Room: woodburner, corner sofa-bed, armchair, gate leg table, flat screen TV, DVD, video and CD players, French doors to patio
Kitchen: well equipped dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, oven, hob etc, with dining area for 4
Bedroom: with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
Shower room: accessible from bedroom and kitchen, spacious with large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboards

Guest also have access to a washing dryer machine.
Wireless internet connection is available.
Logs, gas heating, electricity and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The cottage is privately owned and is the original annexe of The Manor House, Trunch, which is run as a Bed & Breakfast.
Pumphouse Cottage is available either for self catering (min. 3 nights stay) or as B&B accommodation. Short breaks and weekly stays are all possible, there is no fixed changeover day.

The cottage has its own patio with outside furniture and garden. Plenty of off-road free parking space.

Beautiful sandy beaches, Mundesley, Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, The Broads, Blickling and Felbrigg Hall and Norwich are all within easy reach. Ideal for relaxing, walking, biking, boating, shopping.
