PRIMROSE COTTAGE is in a quiet lane just off the main street. Only one B&B room means attention to detail, a high standard of housekeeping care, and special diets can be catered for.
The comfortable double or twin room and en suite bathroom are carpeted, and fully equipped with colour TV, kettle with tea, coffe etc, hairdryer, electric blankets, and central heating. The breakfast room opens on to the peaceful garden where birds, squirrels and a hedgehog also have b&b. Continental or generous English breakfast with homemade scones and preserves. Select your breakfast menu and time the evening before.
It is only a brief walk to both pubs or the restaurant for an evening meal - there is also a wide variety of places to eat locally.
Situated in the heart of the bird reserves Primrose Cottage makes an excellent base for birdwatching, walking or sightseeing etc. Here you will find a friendly, helpful welcome, a comfortable room, an Aga to dry any rain-soaked clothes and a delicious breakfast to add to the pleasure of your holiday.

Regarded by many as one of the best spots in Britain for bird watching the hides at Cley afford fantastic views over the Cley Marsh Nature Reserve.
There is a popular visitors centre where passes for the hides can be purchased. The Norfolk Wildlife Trust centre at Cley serves coffee and light lunches, with a fantastic view over the reserve, and a short walk inland the village of Cley has a wonderful range of unique local businesses, including a deli, a smokehouse, a traditional pottery, a book shop, a gallery and a tea room.

The George Hotel, and the Three Swallows pub on the green opposite the spectacular Church both offer drinks, meals and accommodation
