BREAKFAST
At Potters Cottage we believe that our guests should be unhindered by time. With this in mind a substantial continental breakfast is provided for you to eat when you wish, or even pack up and take out. This will be left outside your room, in a fridge, ready for you the following day. This will include cereals, milk, a selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee- instant and ground, decaffeinated on request bread, jams and marmalade, cheese and sliced meats, butter and margarine.
If you want to be up with the lark to watch the birds or have a long lie in you can, in the knowledge that breakfast will still be there for you.

FACILITIES INCLUDE:
Clock radio alarm; TV; A range of books and guides; Kettle; Toaster; Cafetiere and Small fridge.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please phone for availability, pricing and booking conditions for your stay.

A deposit of £25 will be required at time of booking. A confirmation letter will be sent on receipt of deposit.
Full payment will be required on arrival. If booked within 14 days of arrival payment in full will be required on arrival.

Arrival is appreciated between 4pm and 8pm unless previously arranged.

Payment by personal cheque with guarantee card or cash only.

Outside Features

Visitors are welcome to use the garden. There is an outside covered area for muddy boots etc. Ample off street parking with room for a dinghy or canoe.

Close to The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, and the Norfolk Coast. Ideal location for water activities, fishing, walking & birdwatching.
