Post Office Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in the centre of the delightful village of Baconsthorpe just three miles from Holt. The cottage dates from the 16th Century and has retained many original features.
The property consists of: Lounge,kitchen/diner., bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Two bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin accessed through the double bedroom. Please note that the bedrooms and bathroom are up a traditional Norfolk staircase (very steep),which are unsuitable for the less mobile.
Solid fuel central heating, with a wood burner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen supplied, Colour TV. Video stereo/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, Cot and Highchair with stair gate at top of stairs. Secluded south facing garden mainly laid to lawn with garden furniture.
Off road parking for 2 cars.
