Inside the property

ROOMS

There is one large airy bedroom with a king size bed. The tall window overlooks a rural scene of chickens in the farmyard and far reaching views of fields, trees and sheep.

Decorated for relaxing getaways, the bedroom has a king sized bed and opposite a spacious bathroom with a bath/shower, loo and sink with shaving point. There is a kettle and coffee/tea making equipment in the bedroom.

Breakfast is to be found in your own private kitchen dining room where you can help yourself to a selection of coffee, tea, bread, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit, jams and honey. Enjoy your breakfast, relax, read the papers and watch television in your own time. The kitchen is fully kitted out with kettle, toaster, mini hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher so you can prepare simple meals or a picnic to take with you on your day out exploring. There is an optional 2 course dinner you can have for £15 per person.

For groups there is also a smaller but very comfortable bedroom with a double bed available if you are happy to share a bathroom.

We are situated on a privately owned estate in one of the most sought after areas of North Norfolk. The popular North Norfolk Georgian market town of Holt is approximately 6 miles from the property, where excellent shopping and other amenities are available.

The North Norfolk Coast, much of which is classified as being of outstanding natural beauty and is a heritage coastline, is only 11 miles away and offers numerous recreational pursuits, including bird sanctuaries, safe sandy beaches and excellent sailing facilities at Blakeney & Morston.

There are 18 hole golf courses in Cromer, Sheringham and Brancaster, with Cley next the Sea renowned as a major birdwatching sanctuary, with fresh and saltwater marshes. There is also national hunt racing at Fakenham half an hour away.

Norwich, the cathedral city and regional centre of East Anglia is approximately 22 miles away and has a regular train service to London Liverpool Street with an approximate fastest time of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
