Converted by the present owners from a small barn of what was formerly a fruit farm, this delightful single storey cottage, with its own enclosed patio garden, provides characterful accommodation for three.

Pippins offers quality, traditionally-furnished and well-appointed accommodation within a peaceful rural setting of seven acres adjacent to the owners’ home.
There is one double and one single bedroom together with a spacious sittingdining room with a wood burning stove. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ovengrill and hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machinetumble dryer. The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Other amenities include a TV with Freeview, DVD player and radioCD player. Heating including an initial supply of wood for the wood burning stove and electricity are provided at no extra cost; bed linen and towels are included.
French windows lead onto a sunny private patio area where guests might like to sit and enjoy a pre-dinner drink or, on warmer evenings, eat al fresco.
One pet is welcome, for which there is an additional charge of £20 per week or lesser period. We regret smoking in the cottage is not permitted, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
Pippins is available on a weekly Friday to Friday basis throughout the year. Short term bookings minimum three nights starting Fridays or Mondays are also available.
