Inside the property

This stunning 3 bedroom bungalow has a wonderful warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you walk through the door, it is superbly laid out, light and airy, with wooden floors in the hall and bedrooms. A separate kitchen, utility room, dining room, lounge and conservatory means there is no need to feel on top of one another.

'Pebbles' has recently be refurbished to an extremly high standard, decorated throughout including a new gas central heating system.

The bungalow is uniquely laid out to give it an incredibly spacious aura, a wide hallway that flows through the bungalow with cream walls and every attention to detail has been paid.

Accommodation

Fully fitted solid oak kitchen is superbly equipped, with a vast range of cooking utensils, electric fan wall oven, seperate gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.

The utility room is large and airy, fitted with a washing machine and cupboards stocked with games and puzzles. The floor is tiled making it a perfect area for a dog.

The attractively decorated dining room leading to the stunning conservatory make a perfrect setting when eating in and feels incredibly homely.

The cosy inviting lounge has two luxury leather sofa and the centrepiece of the room a real flame gas fire. Freeview tv with dvd.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom which has a white suite consisting of a white wash basin and bath with an overhead shower.

The bedrooms all have fully fitted wardrobes giving ample hanging space, they are all fitted with pine furniture. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with luxury bedlinen, dressing table with overhead lighting and freeview tv with dvd, bedroom 2 has twin single beds with the same luxury linen and the third bedroom has bunkbeds, these can be separated to 2 single beds if necessary, there is once again a freeview tv with dvd here.

Outside and garden

The garden completely surrounds 'Pebbles', there us a large lawn garden to the rear, with rockery and shrubs and pretty water feature in the corner. The patio leads out from the conservatory allowing alfresco dining, witha further patio area and pergoda to the farend of the garden.

The front garden is also laid to grass and surrounded by lavender shrubs and bushes. To the side of 'Pebbles' shingle areas and an archway leading from the front to the back of the bungalow, with a pathway following round.

'Pebbles' is on the magnificent coastline of North West Norfolk, in the idyllic village of Heacham, a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach. Heacham is nestled between the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton, with its funfair, amusement and long promenade, and Snettisham, well known for its RSPB reserve.

Heacham is stones throw from the Royal Sandringham Estate - the Queens Christmas retreat, Burnham Market , known as Chelsea-on-Sea, numerous stunning sandy beaches and many more North Norfolk delights.

The medieval town of King's Lynn is brimming with history and heritage, the fine city of Norwich is just an hours drive away, peppered with unique architectural treasures or just for a day hitting the shops. North Norfolk is full of fabulous gastro pubs, restaurants and cafés to tempt you.

Fishing and family boat trips are available from the harbour at Wells to visit the basking seal colonies. Visit a real working windmill at Bircham or the famous Slipper Chapel at Walsingham. Take a stunning trip on the North Norfolk railway and view the amazing coastline. Gressenham Farm and workhouse is a museum of Norfolk Life and a must for the kids is the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade.
