Park Farm Barn 450 to 1400 per week depending on number of people PARK FARM BARNS PARK FARM Park farm is a small quiet arable farm in the heart of Norfolk. The farm grows wheat, beans and sugar beet. The farm has cattle and sheep grazing in the summer. Park farm also has the famous Woodrising carp fishery located on our wonderful water meadows at woodrising, only one mile up river. Park Farm Barns offer style and comfort and are situated amongst a courtyard of converted 18th century red brick barns overlooking a small restored fenced in pond stocked with koi carp. There is ample of road car parking, outside barbeque area, farm walks, quiet country lanes, and storage for bicycles. There are two units sleeping 4 or 12 - Ideal for family holidays ACCOMMODATION PARK FARM BARN; - SLEEPS 12 Ground floor Sitting room with solid wood burner, large open style kitchen diner with double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil fired central heating, ground floor power shower with washbasin and separate wc. First floor Bedroom 1. One double bed Bedroom 2. One double bed Bedroom 3. Twin beds Bedroom 4. The barn has exposed timbers along with fitted ash hardwood floors and doors throughout. The barn is very “liveable” as one customer described it. PARK FARM POND BARN - SLEEPS 4 Ground floor Sitting room with ash hardwood floors, open kitchen diner, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and oven. Also ground floor WC and wash basin. First floor - Ash hardwood floors and doors throughout. Bedroom 1. One double bed. Bedroom 2 two singles The bathroom consists of power shower, WC, wash basin and bath with a lovely tile floor. INFORMATION Duvets, all white cotton bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome for £10.00 per week. The pets are not allowed upstairs. Firewood can be provided between October and April for £25.00 per week. Please Note - We do not allow stilettos to be worn on our wooden floors. Park Farm Barns are No smoking. WOODRISING CARP LAKE The lake is a 2.5acre lake sitting next to the River Blackwater on ancient water meadows. The meadows are grazed by cattle in the summer. Also we are privileged to be able to watch barn owls hunting for food in the summer. The lake is stocked with common carp, mirror carp, tench, roach and bream. The carp run to 25lbs, tench to 10lbs and bream to 5lbs. The lake consists of three islands, variable depths from 5 feet to 12 feet and mature trees surround the lake.
