We have one large en suite upstairs room in our newly refurbished bungalow. Your room has every homely comfort with either twin or super king bed, (just let us know on booking which you require) elegant ensuite bathroom with bath and electric shower over, shaver socket, hospitality tray, colour TV & electric blankets (for those chilly nights when you come in tired and cold), plenty of storage and much more all in delightful surroundings, just as we would expect when we go away.

Our locally sourced and freshly cooked Breakfast is served to order in our elegant family dining room or on our patio, when weather permits. Homemade bread made with Letheringsett flour and marmalade finish off this great start to your day to go and explore the many delights North Norfolk has to offer.

Special diets (i.e. gluten free, diabetic, low fat, vegetarian) can be catered for with prior notice at the time of booking.

I am afraid we are unable accommodate children, pets, or one night stays. (We have pets of our own) and payment is by means of Cash

Outside and garden

Pantiles, sits in a large beautiful garden, located in a very quite residential enclave of town, only a few mins walk from the town centre, beach, buses and trains. Why not leave your car in our drive and enjoy public transport. (Especially those with bus passes!!)

There are a wealth of things to enjoy up here whatever your taste may be. We love living here and want to share all the delights with you.

It may be: a day on the beach, A bus trip right along the coast to Hunstanton, getting on and off where you choose,
National Trust properties, Theatre, A trip on the Broads, Our very enjoyable and plentiful walks, Golf, Fishing, A day in Norwich now one of the best shopping cities in the country, A trip on the steam railway... to name but a few.
