Owl Place has four bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs, reached via a steel staircase.

An open galleried steel walkway links two sets of bedrooms above the living accommodation. It's something different and fun, with beautiful views and interesting talking points.


The living space downstairs has been left as open as possible, right up to the eaves in places, and these are subtly lit to make the optimum statement at night. To offer comfort and easy living, the sitting area has a lower ceiling, creating a more intimate atmosphere. The well-designed, large kitchen with seating area is ideal for family entertaining. The units have the warm and earthy feel of bare European oak, enlivened by a simple wax finish; this, counter-balanced with the simple geometric Shaker design, gives an understated elegance. Stainless steel double oven, hob, chimney hood and built in microwave as well as integrated washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher provide clean lines that sit supremely well with the lines of the staircase and glass.

Under floor heating and a wood burner give a warm winter glow, while, for summer parties, French doors open out onto a private patio garden, planted to reflect hotter climates.
