Orchard House Annexe is self contained with its own entrance, the annexe is attached to a designer's recently refurbished Edwardian house.

Double bedsitting room with access to own patio area in beautiful garden. Fully equipped kitchen/dining in large bright conservatory. Shower room with separate wc.

Flat screen tv with dvd and a selection of world dvds.

Wireless broadband, books and magazines.
Available Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

We are sorry but the annexe is not suitable for children. We are also a pet free and smoking free zone.

Parking is easy in large drive and we are only a four minute walk from the centre of Holt and a two minute walk from Gresham's School, Art Gallery and Theatre.
