Accommodation comprises - Kitchen with an electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, 'fridge, ironing board and iron.

The dining area is positioned in beautiful sunny bay window.

There is a sitting area with TV, Freeview box,DVD and video player with good selection of videos, games and books. WiFi.

The Bathroom has full sized bath with hand held shower, WC & washbasin.

There are two bedrooms, either 2 twins or 1 twin and 1 6' double. Please specify preference at time of booking.

(There is an double interconnecting door to Holiday Studio which is locked when the apartments are rented separately)

There is a combination boiler for hot water and central heating

STUDIO FLAT for 2

The Studio Flat has everything you need to ensure you have a comfortable self-catering holiday. The Studio Flat is divided into two floors with the upper floor accessible with one flight of stairs where you will find your galleried double bedroom and a generous sized bathroom.

There is an interconnecting door to Holiday Studio which is locked when the apartments are rented separately.

Swimming pool available in summer months between 9-5 Monday to Friday and other times by arrangement.

There is ample off road parking for both Apartments

If your favoured outdoor activity is golf you could not do better than the championship golf course in Hunstanton just a short drive away. Royal West Norfolk at Brancaster is a little further along the coast and a new 18 hole golf course is currently under construction in the village at Heacham Manor Hotel.

You can hire a selection of bikes within Heacham village at reasonable rates and enjoy the local countryside on wheels.
