SELF CATERING COTTAGE
This self contained Cottage attached to the Old Stables is buried in the middle of Brancaster, in the lee of the Old Rectory Saint Mary's House, for which before conversion it served as coach house and stables.
I provide a secluded very comfortable self catering Cottage accommodation with lawned garden for up to 4 people, plus a cot or put you up.
There are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a power shower over the bath.
A large first floor beamed living room with open fire logs provided, very comfortable sofas, tv and video.
There is a Dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen has a fridge, with separate freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Denbyware.
Oil central heating to keep you snug as bugs. Constant hot water. Washing machine in the Old Laundry, plus the dreaded iron and ironing board.
Of course we provide sheets, bath towels, bathmat, tea towels but ask you nicely to bring your beach towels and towel for the dog.

The cottage is available for hire all year round. Short lets are available out of high season. Rates vary through the year.
Prices range from £200.00 for two nights short stay plus £55.00 for any night thereafter to £350.00 for a week up to £525.00 in the high season

...who welcome you to stay in one of the 2 bedrooms, one with private bathroom three steps from the bedroom door and a twin room with en suite shower room. Please feel completely at home and enjoy relaxing in our garden. Full English breakfast - or whatever you fancy - Within reason! Diets can be catered for, but I would like a modicum of notice if complicated.

£32.50 per person per night sharing double room
£45.00 upwards for single occupancy.
From May to mid September only two night bookings taken for the weekends. One night bookings during the week are subject to an extra ££20.00 for the room per night.
Dogs - £5.00 per night per dog.
