Living room - carpeted with open fire, 2 settees and two armchairs, tv and dvd player, digital radio with cd player. There is a selection of books, games and local guidebooks.

There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all generously proportioned. There is a Z Bed for an extra guest

Linen is provided.
Main bathroom has bath with shower fitting, washbasin and wc.
