Inside the property
We are in Alastair Sawdays Special Places to Stay. 2 double Rooms one large family room with ensuite bathroom and sitting area, and one double with private bathroom and shower.
Tucked away we are the perfect rural retreat.
Breakfast is all homemade including cereals, jams, delicious selection of breads. Bacon and sausages locally produced.
Outside and garden
Bike Hire available, plenty of car parking, use of all weather tennis court
Surrounding area
The magnificent gardens of East Ruston Old Vicarage are just up the road. Sandy beaches at Waxham and Horsey close by.
Near by you will find sandy beaches, Norfolk Broads, Felbrigg, Blickling National Trust Houses, miles of peaceful walking, good local pubs including the Gastro Pub The Swann at Ingham.
