B&B in a modern new farm house at Potter Heigham on the edge of the Norfolk marsh lands and Nature reserve for all those who like walking or bird watching or to simply take in the beautiful Norfolk country side.

We offer one luxurious ground floor bedroom with king size bed, adjacent private toilet, shower and a Jacuzzi bath tub. We also offer a first floor double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite toilet and shower.

Both rooms have TV and tea and coffee making facilities. We also offer wireless broadband internet access

We are located within ten minutes from the river for those who enjoy a spot of fishing. With easy access to Norwich, a fine historical city with lots to see and do.

Potter Heigham has a nice village pub for evening meals only a short distance away. You can take off for the day after a hearty farmhouse breakfast and enjoy Norfolk at its very best.
