Tucked away in a very peaceful part of the countryside near Wroxham, the heart of the Broadland National Park, our holiday cottages are in a beautiful setting, but ideally placed to enjoy easy access to historic Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and the lovely sandy beaches of the coast.

Newly converted from traditional Norfolk barns to extremely high standards, our cottages are very well equipped, beautifully furnished - and all bedrooms are ensuite. NUTMEG COTTAGE
Nutmeg cottage is our little gem – a romantic beamed cottage, comfortable, cosy and full of character! With its own sunny south facing patio and enclosed private garden it is an ideal spot to relax.

The very comfortable open plan sitting/dining room has views over a meadow and nature pond, with French doors opening on to a sunny enclosed patio with its own very pretty garden. It’s an ideal private spot for enjoying a glass of wine while you watch a fabulous Norfolk sunset. In the winter snuggle in and enjoy the warmth of the woodburning stove.

The fully fitted kitchen is light, airy and overlooks a garden with wishing well. It is extremely well equipped, with all modern amenities and is spotlessly clean!

The spacious and very pretty double bedroom has a romantic lace-covered four-poster bed, lots of cupboard space and overlooks the colourful garden. It has its own smart ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.

Nutmeg is also great for all those that need a property easy to move around in - from those needing wheelchair access to crawling babies - as it is all on one level with no steps to negotiate.
