Situated in a quiet village and close to the wide sandy beaches at Bacton and Mundelsley, New Thatched Cottage is a beautiful cosy cottage. Edingthorpe is part of the 'quiet Lanes' scheme with little passing traffic - ideal for cycling and walking. With gardens to the front and rear, the cottage suitable for both families and couples seeking peace and quiet in the Norfolk countryside - but within easy striking distance of the north Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads.

It has electric heating storage and on-demand and for extra cosyness, a woodburning stove all firewood is included.


ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
Kitchen: The kitchen has a belfast sink, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Living Dining Room: A good sized room with colour TV, DVD, sofa and chairs, cdradio, dining table with 4 chairs please let us know if you need a highchair and inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove. Electric night storagepanel radiator.

First Floor
Bedroom: First floor bedroom with a built in wardrobe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 2 single beds and electric panel radiator
Bathroom: Bath, electric shower, washbasin and WC, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

Second Floor
Master Bedroom: Built into the eves of the thatched roof, this room has a full size double bed, chest of drawers and electric panel radiator. Excellent country views

OUTSIDE
Front Garden: Lawn, fruit tree and shrubs
Back Garden: Lawn, shrubs and flowers and patio area with table and chairs
Thatched Shed: with beach gear deckchairs, windbreaks etc

PARKING:
There is private off road parking next to the cottage.

The cottage is ideally situated in Edingthorpe in North East Norfolk, just a few miles from the sandy beaches of Bacton and Mundesley, and is the perfect vantage point for those wishing to explore the renowned North Norfolk coast as well as the waterways of the Norfolk Broads. It is ideally placed for those looking for an unspoilt location within easy reach of many attractions. Edingthorpe has the benefit of being part of the Quiet Lanes scheme, ensuring excellent walking and cycling through peaceful countryside, local forest walks and bridle paths. The nearby coastal road leads to bird watching reserves on the renowned North Norfolk Coast. North Walsham is two miles away and provides good shopping including a supermarket as well as pubs and restaurants.
