With a Luxury 7 seater hot tub in a central norfolk rural setting, Mill Lodge is a beautiful, newly built holiday cottage with high specification throughout.

ACCOMMODATION
Comprising of x2 double bedrooms with en-suites 1 ensuite is a wet room with disabled wc and handrails, and x1 bunk bed room suitable for adults or children.
Separate family bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer - including ironing board, iron and vacuum.
Kitchen includes all required utensils, crockery, glassesmugs and cutlery etc, dishwasher, ceramic cooker with extractor and ample dining space
Lounge comprises of enough seating for all occupants in comfortable open plan environment with tv, dvd and digital set top box all in place.

The entire property is underfloor heated with natural Turkish stone floor - warm under foot.

OUTSIDE
Outside is a large south west facing decked area leading to the lawn with a view into woodland and of course the luxury 7 seater hot tub. There is plenty of room to relax outside in the garden with a barbeque and comfortable seating.

ABOUT THE AREA
Brisley is a beautiful mid Norfolk village with great access to all of the county. The most popular seaside destination of Wells-next-the-Sea is only 20 minutes away.
The lodge is set overlooking woodland to the rear and one of Englands largest common greens to the front, where there are countless footpaths to explore. Of course the local pub is also only 200m away with real ales and great home cooked food - what more can I say?
There are local fishing destinations local to Brisley, including Bilney lakes 2 miles awayand Swanton Morely lakes 2 miles away.
The closest local shop is 2 miles away at North Elmham with all the produce you could need, failing that the nearest towns are Dereham and Fakenham - both 7 miles away with shopping for all.
