The accommodation is offered in the former grain barn of Mill Farm House set in gardens and grounds of two acres that was once the windmill on the Felbrigg estate.

The barn consists of an open plan sitting dining room with the bedroom in the upstairs gallery. Woods and farmland surround the house.

Location

Mill Farm Barn is located on the Cromer Ridge and is one of the highest properties in Norfolk.

The Georgian town of Holt is nearby, as well as the coast at Sheringham.

There are walks and footpaths very nearby as well as National Trust properties and other major attractions such as Cromer zoo and the pier.

Gresham is a small village set in the undulating countryside of North Norfolk and located approximately 3 miles inland from Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast.
The village has few amenities, but there is a garage with a small shop, and The Roman Camp Hotel within a short distance at Aylmerton.

Sheringham and Cromer are nearby for shopping, pubs reataurants and beaches. There is a cinema in Cromer and a theatre on Cromer pier.

Gresham is a lovely location for a holiday - it is away from the bustle of the coast and yet within easy reach. Felbrigg Hall managed by the The National Trust is only a couple of miles away. Lovely countryside for walking and cycling.
