This modern bungalow is spacious and is situated in a quiet road with good parking. It offers the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity or as a base for an active holiday exploring North Norfolk and enjoying the coast.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is well furnished and equipped, and features:
· 3 double bedrooms one with en suite shower room,
· fully fitted kitchen with a pull out breakfast bar or extra work surface, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and split level electric cooker and hob.
· Spacious lounge with patio doors opening onto the walled garden. In the lounge there is a tv/video recorder and open fireplace which works very efficiently!
· Large garage adjoining the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and extra sink
· There is full oil central heating and an immersion heater for extra hot water.

Burnham Market situated close to the North Norfolk coast and is the largest of the seven Burnham villages. Burnham Market has at its centre a large village green surrounded by some fine houses shops and other buildings.
