If you are looking for superb 3 bedroom holiday accommodation near the Quay in Wells then this is for you.

The accommodation comprises inside, three double bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining/living area, a shower/toilet room and a separate toilet.

The flat has been completely rebuilt in 2011 and finished to a very high standard. The highest insulation specs available have been incorporated making it both warn and economical with full central heating.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, wall length mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers

Bedroom 2 has a standard double bed, mirror fronted wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom 3 also has a standard double bed and a mirror fronted wardrobe with plenty of shelf space

The central living area has a new fitted kitchen at one end with washing/drying machine, fridge freezer, double oven and ceramic hob and microwave. The dining area in the centre has a table which seats 6 in upholstered chairs. The relaxing area comfortably seats 6 with a large window seat (which has views along Freeman Street and the Quay) , a settee and two arm chairs.

The shower room has a modern large shower enclosure with hand shower and overhead rain unit. There is a toilet and wash basin and large airing cupboard as well.

The decked patio which includes a rotary dryer is secluded from being overlooked, but open to the sun for most of the day in summer.

The separate toilet is in the entrance lobby on the ground floor.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and lighting are included.

Outside and garden

Outside at the rear there is a spacious but very secluded decked patio area with views over the marshes.

Bookings are normally for full weeks.
The week is from Friday 3pm to the following Friday 10am
Out of season part week bookings of 3 and 5 days are accepted.
