BEDROOMS
All of our rooms and suites have been newly refurbished and radiate elegance and warmth. All rooms and suites have the following facilities:
· Tea & coffee making facilities with Fair Trade Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate.
· Mini Bar with a wide variety of alcoholic and none alcoholic drinks. (We are a licensed premise and outside alcohol will be charged £5 corkage)
· Hair dryer in every room for you to use.
· Complementary bottle of water in rooms and welcome chocolates.
· You have an alarm clock or you can book a wake up call speak to Rose.
· You also have a TV and DVD in your bedroom.
· In the bathroom we have complementary Showers cap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Cotton wool and Cotton buds for you to use.
· An Iron and ironing board are available for you to use in the breakfast room.

OUTSIDE SEATING, GARDEN AND THE HOUSE
The outside of the guest house has extensive rear lawns leading to open fields, including a secluded patio area ideal for relaxing in the sun, enjoying the view, a glass of wine or a cream tea.

The garden does on odd occasions receive a visit from the farmers sheep or cows on the near by meadow, but this audience does not stay long.
The garden has matured since we landscaped it when we first opened and now we believe it looks the best it ever has. If you are a gardening enthusiast you will appreciate the beautiful surroundings and we hope all guests take a moment during your stay to enjoy them as we do.

THE HOT TUB
The hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day on holiday, and ours is set in our beautiful garden, ideally situated to laze away summer afternoons and evenings. The hot tub can accommodate around 5 adults easily and has jets or bubbles depending on which you prefer.

GUEST LOUNGE
Rather than being restricted to your room or suite you have the luxury of having a guest lounge for you to use. The guest lounge is a really pleasant place to watch the Sky TV, read the books and magazines on display or alternatively you may wish to relax on the cosy sofa with a drink.
The guest lounge has a very native African feel about the room with rich reds and tribal paintings and ornaments.

In the guest lounge we have a DVD Library for you to use. We have 70 top titles anything from a U rated films to an 18 rated film, there’s something for everybody. All you have to do if you would like to watch a DVD is take the case to a member of staff and they will get you the disk. There is no charge for this service, it’s just an idea that we came up with so guests could enjoy a film or on a rainy day/evening children have got something to keep them occupied. We hope you enjoy this service we offer.

BREAKFAST MENU
Available for breakfast on a self service bases is an:
· extensive selection of Cereals (Porridge available during Winter)
· Grapefruit – fresh ruby reds
· Greek yoghurt and compote
· Melon, Strawberries, Pineapple, Bananas, Grapes, Plums, Apricots, Apples and Cherries (All Fresh)
Full English Breakfast
· Butchers own home made sausages
· Bacon (Smoked)
· Vine Tomatoes
· Fresh Mushrooms
· Free Range eggs in a choice of boiled, fried, scrambled or poached. (Please State preference)
· Fried Bread
Alternatively you may choose from:
· Local Cley smoke house Kippers
· Toast - Whole meal or White, a selection of preserves or marmalade are available.
· A variety of Tea and Coffee, including decaffeinated
We also offer a Vegetarian breakfast.

Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am.
