MAYS COTTAGE
This attractive brick and flint detached cottage was completely renovated to a high standard for the owners own holiday use and is available for holiday rental throughout the year.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground Floor: - comprises a hall off which there is a kitchendining room, sitting room, bathroom and a cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble drier. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, wash hand basin, wc and separate shower cubicle with a power shower.
The kitchen has been fitted with all modern conveniences including a full size electric cooker with ceramic hob, extractor hood, Bosch fridgefreezer, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave oven.
The dining area has a pine table and six chairs. Ample crockery and cutlery is provided and is regularly replaced and updated by the owners. A telephone is available for your use: we ask you to use the honesty box for the cost of calls.
The sitting room has a Victorian fireplace, which is wonderful to relax by on a cooler evening. A three-seater settee and two comfy armchairs are provided along with a flat screen digital colour television, video and DVDCD player complete with radio and surround sound.
A door opens out onto the patio and south facing garden which is a real sun trap.

Upstairs: - The cottage has three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with drawers under, a dressing table and large wardrobe. The room has original varnished floorboards and a large airing cupboard is located here.
Bedroom 2, which is reached through bedroom 3, has two single pine beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a portable television.
Bedroom 3 has full size pine bunk beds and a chest of drawers and is ideal for children.

The cottage benefits from full oil fired central heating, use of which is included in the rental price as is electricity. Duvets and pillows are provided, however bed linen, towels and tea towels are not. A cot and high chair are available if required.

Outside: - Mays Cottage has a small fenced garden and patio area that backs on to a communal garden laid to grass. The garden is totally enclosed and a safe place for small children to play. A wooden table and six chairs with large umbrella, along with a gas barbeque are provided. There are outside lights and it is wonderful for entertaining on a summers evening.
