MARIGOLD COTTAGE
From the moment you walk through the door at Marigold cottage you will feel relaxed and welcome in the beautifully refurbished, light and spacious surroundings. A delicious Welcome pack, Complimentary bath gel, shampoo and body lotion products and comfortable beds with Luxurious crisp cotton linen are provided for your stay. Wireless broadband internet connection available.


DOWNSTAIRS
The kitchen has cream hand painted units with oak worktops, Belfast sink, gas cooking range and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher with washing machine and there is an open plan dining area with beautiful rustic oak flooring, dining table and six chairs.
Radio and C.D player.
The living room has rustic oak flooring and fossil stone hearth housing a 'Clearview' wood burning stove for those cosy Winter evenings. Plasma T.V with Freeview, DVD Player,well stocked book shelf,board games, two large comfortable sofas, coffee tables and lamps.

There are a selection of children's DVD's, a box of children's toys, games, high chair, stove guard, stair gates, wooden cot and pushchair available....Anything to help travelling with children a little easier!

UPSTAIRS
Three light and airy comfortable bedrooms, one with a kingsize oak bed and wooden cot, one with a wooden double bed,a single bedroom and a single camp guest bed also available.Hand painted wardrobes, oak bedside tables, lamps and beautiful pictures of Norfolk scenes. Luxurious white Egyptian cotton linen is provided for your stay.

Unwind in the Victorian style roll top bath whilst enjoying the complimentary 'Au Lait bath gel, shampoo and body lotion products. The bathroom has a pedestal basin, high level WC, shaver point and beautiful marble flooring.

There is a single pull out guest bed should you require the use of please just ask for extra bed linen and we also provide a picnic basket, cool box, blanket, ironing board and hoover for our guests to use.

Outside Features

The private rear garden is fully enclosed with raised decking area, garden furniture, barbeque and flower beds, perfect for those lazy spring Summer afternoons and Al fresco dining.
There is ample off road parking to the side of the property and space for a boat

Location

The cottage is situated in the charming village of Docking, down a quiet, leafy lane, overlooking Major Hare's Estate parkland. It is within walking distance of a good village shop, Pub, Doctors surgery, Church, Docking Angling Club, Fish & chip shop, Children's Playground and tennis courts.

The Cottage is ideally situated to explore the breathtaking North Norfolk Coastline only 4 miles away with some of the most stunning beaches in England,in particular Holkham beach.

The coastal walks and bird watching at Titchwell,beautiful beaches of Brancaster, pretty Burnham Overy Staithe harbour and the famous Georgian village of Burnham Market are only a 5-15 mins drive away.
