Lyndhurst, 3 New Street, is an attractive traditionally constructed Norfolk brick and flint property in the heart of the lovely town of Sheringham. Only 100 yards from the high street and a further few hundred yards to the sea 3-4 minutes walk, it is ideally situated.

The property was purchased by us in 2005 and has since been extensively renovated including the installation of a new kitchen and cloakroom and landscaping of the garden. The property is over three floors and has a large lounge diner, two large double bedrooms, a bedroom with single bed and bunk beds and a bedroom with a single bed and cot if required. There is a large family bathroom with a separate electric shower. The garden is excellent for sitting and eating out either on the large patio area or under the covered seating area which also has its own wood burner stove.
The property has been particularly furnished to be family friendly and in addition to the cot, there is a high chair, a lie back sleeping chair, a stair gate on the top floor and many childrens books and videosDVDs.
