LOWER FARM COTTAGES

A traditional Norfolk farm barn renovated and converted into 2 cottages, that can be taken separately to sleep 4, or combined to sleep 8.

The beautiful Stable and Laurel cottages are located on the family run Lower Farm, in the unspoilt village of Harpley, near the north Norfolk coast.

Both Stable and Laurel form part of one original barn, and offer the same accommodation.

Inside, you will find modern comforts set off by the original wooden beams and large living spaces. Everything is set on ground level with a deliberate easy access layout making the cottages suitable for the very young and those with mobility difficulties or wheelchairs.

Each cottage is extensively equipped and supplied fully furnished, including bedlinen and towels.
There are 2 bedrooms in each - with solid wood double beds Laurel has an option to convert one double into 2 twins - both having access to the 'wet room' comprising of a walk in shower, loo and sink.

A large living space has 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed, and then onto the kitchen and open plan dining area beyond.
Mod cons include: TV and DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer.
Cots and highchair available, as are various disability supports for use in the wet room. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require any other equipment and we will do our best to source this for you.

TARIFF
Prices for Stable View and Laurel Cottage - Rates £180-400 per week
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £180 PER WEEK IS REQUIRED ON BOOKING, - REMAINDER DUE 4 WEEKS BEFORE STAY.
Weekly bookings run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

Outside Features

Each cottage looks out onto a large, enclosed and private garden - beyond which you will find daily farming life mixing with rural countryside.

The farm has free range chickens, geese and horses in paddocks plus pigs and their piglets that can be seen on some farm walks.

Harpley is perfectly located to reach not just the extensive North Norfolk coastline but also the many attractions this part of the county has to offer.
