Lavender Cottage is a delightful traditional brick and flint terraced cottage built in 1849 in the popular village of North Creake, just 4 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and only 2 miles from the excellent restaurants and shops in the thriving village of Burnham Market.

The cottage has recently been totally refurbished by its interior designer owner to an extremely high specification, from limed oak floors throughout with underfloor heating to a craftsman made kitchen with granite worktops.

Lavender Cottage mixes a traditional feel with every modern convenience. It has two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, both having Egyptian cotton bed linen. Bathroom with fluffy white towels. Sitting room with a log burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen and charming dining conservatory leading out to a fully landscaped garden with seating to enjoy that glass of wine after a long day exploring.

North Creake is a charming rural village close to the North Norfolk Coast and surrounded by undulating and well wooded countryside. The village boasts a fine church, post office store which is attached to a working forge/museum, art & crafts centre/ tea rooms and the ruins of Creake Abbey. The village also has an attractive Inn (The Jolly Farmers) which serves excellent meals from an extensive menu.

Nearby is the Georgian village of Burnham Market which is well known for its interesting selection of shops, boutiques, art galleries and restaurant/ cafés.

North Creake is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk. Wide sandy beaches from Brancaster to Holkham, Holkham Hall and it's stunning grounds, The Burnhams, Wells-Next-The-Sea and Walsingham are all within easy reach.
