Lantern Cottage is well positioned in the town for its aspect and ideal location.

The cottage features 4 bedrooms , with 3 king or double and an 'adult-size' bunk-bed.

Included are:

* 4 bedrooms - 2 king size 1 with ensuite double shower WC and washbasin and bunk beds on the first floor . A double bed on the ground floor.
* carpeting throughout,tiles to kitchen and dining area.
* gas central heating throughout.
* family bathroom with bath shower over WC and washbasin on first floor.
* Ground floor WC and washbasin.
* Kitchen/breakfast/dining area with sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer and cooker.
* south facing conservatory.

We also include for you :
* initial toiletries
* all heating and electricity
* well cleaned between holiday lets
* duvets and pillows provided with linen and towels
* we welcome babies and young children ,we are also happy to provide a cot,mattress bring own bedding and pillow for cot and high-chair.

The cottage is just a 5 minute walk to the shops and onto the harbour allowing you easy access to all Wells has to offer.
