We offer a double room with adjoining private bathroom or a twin bedded room with sole use of the private bathroom as we only let 1 room at a time unless families or guests are sharing. both rooms have flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Lounge & sun lounge overlooking wooded gardens with pond & waterfall are available for the added comfort of our guests.

High Kelling is situated on the Cromer road out of Holt, and Kelling Hospital is the location of Holt Medical Practice and pharmacy.
On the boundary of High Kelling and Holt is the Holt Station of the North Norfolk Railway which runs steam trains between Holt and Sheringham, known as the Poppy Line.
It is only just over a mile to the coast at Weybourne and Kelling. High Kelling has a shop, post office and cafe.
