KEYS COTTAGE No2 GUNTHORPE.

Gunthorpe is a pretty conservation village, central for all the attractions of North & West Norfolk.

Convenient for Cley and Blakeney 4 Miles for sailing, bird watching and the seals on Blakeney point.

Wells and Holkam for the sandy beaches and the delightful pinewood walks.

Sheringham and Cromer are only 30 minutes drive, and the lovely Georgian market town of Holt with its fascinating range of small specialist shops is 5 miles along the A148.

The local filling station approx 3/4 mile out of the village stock all the provisions you would need, including daily newspapers.




Accommodation
A traditional style Norfolk Cottage in the very pretty village of Gunthorpe.

The beamed living room is comfortably furnished, with colour TV, Wood Burner and storage radiators.
The staircase leads from the lounge to two pretty bedrooms; one double & one single.

The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave.

Shower room with W.C and hand basin, with storage radiator and wall mounted fan heater.

Other Features.
One small dog welcome, £10 per week. Plenty of parking space; bed linen & electricity inclusive;
Private garden for personal use, with garden chairs & table.
