A lovely detached bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac near the lighthouse. There is an enclosed west-facing garden at the rear, superb for relaxing, sunbathing and barbecuing with garden furniture and safe for children. Ample off-road parking for cars boats with a lockable shed ideal for beach toys and bikes, etc. The property has gas central heating and is attractively and comfortably furnished throughout for 6 adults & a baby.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment. Adjacent is a Conservatory Dining Room, we have also provided a small seating area for lazy days as well as other essentials including stereo, fridgefreezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The Large lounge has comfortable seating, TV with Video and DVD player and gas fire. A selection of videos and books are supplied.

The 4 bedrooms offer a combination of double, twin and single room, All bedrooms are supplied with standard size duvets, pillows and blankets Bed linen, bath and hand towels provided. There is ample hanging and storage space in each bedroom.

A WC with adjacent separate Bathroom is equipped with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and shaver point.


For the family with younger ones we have also supplied: a travel cot, high-chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat, cellular blanket, flannel sheets & waterproof, as well as a full set of plastic plates, cups and cutlery. There is a variety of games, puzzles and toys round the house.

Hunstanton town centre amenities are only a minute's drive or a brief walk away and the popular Old Hunstanton beach is in within cycling distance. The north Norfolk coast offers some of the best beaches and a variety of land and water sports are nearby, including sailing, waterskiing and kite surfing. For the less energetic there are many championship standard golf courses in the area, as well as the renowned RSPB bird sanctuary at Titchwell.
