Printing & Graphic Design Norfolk

More Details

A North Norfolk-based graphic and web designer working for a range of clients from individuals and new start-ups to global business. My objective is to develop cost effective solutions that are unique, relevant and targeted specifically to your needs.
Creating eye catching graphic design – web sites, banner ads, company logos, corporate identity, brochures, newsletters, company stationery, advertising, exhibition displays, point-of-sale, and packaging - that will work for your business, not only at a price you can afford, but also on time and on budget.
No job is too big or small – whatever your graphic design requirements I can offer you expert advice and create an image for your company or organisation that stands out from the crowd.
Together with a straightforward, no-jargon approach, all of my clients receive a refreshing one-to-one graphic design service that I know is appreciated.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Original graphic design which is varied and inventive, either working with your existing branding or creating a new image from scratch. In addition to web design, I am equally at home with design for offline and printed media, including business stationery, brochures and packaging.
Fifteen years experience with a Mac and a background in graphics give me the ability and confidence to tackle any brief and produce a stylish solution.

WEB DESIGN

An effective website is the result of a multitude of skills which are a combination of technical know-how and creativity.
Gaining a thorough understanding of the subject or business is essential to the web designer, as is a passion for the craft of creating a stable and universally accessible site.
If you're looking for a web site that introduces yourself, your business or your organisation and gives an overview of the what you offer, I can provide a swift and personal service to get your presence on-line with minimal fuss and maximum style.
Contact me for a chat and I will advise you, in plain English, on all issues including:

Choosing and registering a domain name

Hosting your site

Planning and structuring your site

Getting images and text for your site

How to update and modify your site

Ensuring your site reflects your company's style and image

Making sure your site is designed to attract visitors

How to publisise your site.

WEB STANDARDS

Accessibility is the very important issue of making sure your website can be seen and understood by all of your visitors. Having an accessible website has other side benefits too - your site will be faster loading, truly multi-platform, more search engine friendly and you'll be secure in the knowledge that you're meeting legislation guidelines laid down by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (part 3 Oct 2004).
Your new website can be built with accessibility features from the start or I can modify your existing website to bring it up to date with the current legislation guidelines.
An Accessibility Check evaluates your page against the subset of the WAI guidelines. These guidlines form the basis of most global legislation relating to accessibility.

MULTIMEDIA CD PRODUCTION

The amount of information you can fit onto an 8cm disc is quite incredible and production costs are probably less than you'd think.
Higher education provider UCOL (Universal College of Learning) decided to use a mini-CD to invite enrolments for their new Creative Industries course.

Cromer is one of the larger towns along the North Norfolk coast.
The town itself is full of tourist attractions, shops, arcades, pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Down on the traditional seafront there are fairground rides for the children, and a traditional pier with the Pavilion Theatre, with regular seasonal seaside shows for all the family.
A walk or a short drive around the coast will take you to the Happy Valley, a more secluded spot where a winding stairway is cut into the cliffs and leads you down to a sheltered, sandy cove perfect for a quiet afternoon in the sun.
At the bottom of the Slipway to the East of Cromer Pier you will find The Lifeboat Museum, and above it the Rocket Cafe, both well worth a visit.
